We have a lot going on over the year, and we want you to benefit from as much of it as you can. We also know that communication is not a one-size-fits-all business. That’s why we have so many different ways for you to stay connected with us, so that no matter how busy you are, its easy for you to always know what’s going on.
For members only, our Facebook group is a great go-to source for all important information. We’ll be posting our tabling schedles for registration and fee payment, calling for volunteers, promoting our events, updating you on conference logistsics, and keeping you informed on anything important!
This year, our Twitter feed is going to be reserved for in-conference updates. This will definitely be the place to look if you want to know what Carleton delegates are doing at conferences all over the world – we’re going to have a live feed of our most exciting committee moments.

New this year, the App will be our most accessible form of communication yet. Building off of our website, our app will have all of the important information and updates, as well as the ability to store information offline for use whenever you need it. The App will be multi-platform
New to our communications system this year is the text message reminder system. This is something you can sign up for with your membership registration, or you can email Lara and have her add you to the list. Text message reminders go out 3 days before an event or meeting, and will tell you the location, time, dress code, cost (if any), and any other relevent information. Please note that this service is for members only, and that we do not begin until September.
